Though with the RE2 openings, technically not possible UNLESS Flower St. so I did what I could with some of the generic names like "Candy Shop" that's on Flower St if you get the general gist of it.
Some areas are colour-coded to the text but as the store names weren't fully visible, they didn't get included in the legend if they were mainly duplicate shops like "Deli" at Jack St. Given the style of it being closer to a normal city map, I decided to use the public labels for the Umbrella buildings but colour-coded each building to make it easier to pick them out though if anyone wants the unlabeled map, just put a comment down on here and I'll upload it if anyone's interested. and Birkin's lab) so I picked out what I felt were logical locations that had corresponding, unmarked buildings across all game maps. The Makoba bit is a tie-in to one of the old Drama CDs and given some general descriptions of places that we don't directly see within the game (such as Sherry's school "East Raccoon Elementary" being in Cedar District, within walking distance of both the R.P.D. The locations of the Umbrella facilities were measured out and based on information given in the games and official Japanese guidebooks but I took some slight liberties with some of the details such as the position of a couple of rivers and lakes as Raccoon is surrounded by several lakes and multiple rivers, to other things like Arklay/Spencer Mansion's destruction woke the people living near Victory Lake at 2 a.m. So I gave it a shot basing it off both the Archives and ORC map with a listing of places from RE2, RE3, Outbreak and ORC. So I ended up replaying some of the classic Biohazard/Resident Evil games and it's been quite a while since I've played any of them (last two I played were RE5 and ORC) and ended up chatting about the layout of Raccoon only to notice on other fan-made maps the majority of the shops and the like that we see in either RE2, RE3, Outbreak File #1, File #2 or ORC aren't mentioned on them unless it was a map that was added onto the Biohazard/Resident Evil Archives map.
